OK ordering from Grandado
Read feedback after ordering, and then wondered whether I would receive something. Extra paid for track and trace. Didn't get an email with a tracking number, but when I asked the customer service company where my order was, I got the tracking number. I got my item really nicely wrapped 17 days after ordering. Overall, I got what I wanted in terms of the item and delivery. If I hadn't had to chase them up, I would have earned them five points.
Was cynical, but worked out ok with Grandado
Reading numerous positive and negative feedback was a little cynical. Having seen the price of my things (camera batteries and charger) I thought I was going to give it a try and happy I did it. I paid for using Paypal. I got an immediate email confirming receipt of the order and outlining the shipping details, including potential postal delays due to the pandemic. The parcel arrived as planned and was neatly packaged. Excellent experience of it.

I purchased an iPod tripod to be a birthday present. It was impossible to know how long it would take to come, since no dispatch information was provided, so I wrote an e-mail asking where my order was, and I got a polite reply, which was not immediately such that the package had arrived before the e-mail. The product was identified and the recipient was satisfied with it. They delivered a nice service and I'd use Grandado.com again, but I wouldn't encourage anybody to order anything that they want to come especially soon just in case it's delayed.
