I totally enjoyed both of the pairs I ordered!! The heels were completely comfortable (especially on a night out walking from place to place) and the boots were just what I needed for the winter! I was particularly impressed by the customer service when I asked about the possible return of the pair I ordered. I ended up reversing my decision and they were refunding the shipment I had paid for the return! Very swift in responsiveness and so kind. It'll certainly be a returning client! While I've had a few problems, I'm giving this company 4 stars for great customer service. I have ordered the HEIDI SNAKESKIN BLOCK HEELED WESTERN ANKLE BOOTS. I ordered my order on August 28, 2019 and got it on Friday, August 30. I was really excited to wear these pants, and I liked how they looked online. As I got the shipment, I had a problem with one of the boots, and soon after getting them, I sent an email to the support centre and was linked to Anne; who couldn't care less about how upset I was with my order. However, another rep called Sarah took over and made sure I was comfortable.
