Great service from Millets
They have redeemed themselves! I was quickly contacted by customer care when I wrote a poor review because my order never came up. A little investigation has shown that it's gone missing. Customer care offered discounts and free delivery as compensation. I thought I didn't use it because I was disappointed, but I went ahead and placed a new order that came quickly and was exactly what I wanted. The problem was addressed and an appropriate solution was found so that Millets could redeem themselves and restore my faith in the company. Thank you so much

Easy to find the boots I wanted and delivered in advance of the schedule. There was a problem at the checkout, as I applied the discount code to be applied when I finished the checkout, it appeared that the discount was not shown. I rang their customer services and checked and confirmed that the correct amount was taken out of my account and told me that there was a process issue and that their IT department was aware of it!

The whole process has been very efficient. The only minor problem was that the gross price was written on the order confirmation, which prompted me to ask if I was due a discount; however, the correct amount was taken from my account so that everything was fine.
